Thank you for visiting my website: it is in progress. I am currently working on my intonation software and I will augment the 'PRInt' section as more is available. I am also adding to my polaroids database.
A little bit about me
For the past few years, I worked on a conversational interface at Intel
(Oakley's Radar Pace).
My tasks there included collecting and processing speech data, and developing language models (NLP) for dialogue software.
While at Intel, I developed my programming skills with Python. In parallel with Python, I have been developing more data handling and data vizualisation skills
Earlier, for my PhD thesis, I developed a model of Pattern Recognition for Intonation (PRInt). My research focuses on prosody and intonation and I have a background in phonology, phonetics, laboratory phonology and phonetics, linguistic categorization, some aspects of computational linguistics, set and fuzzy set theories, and fuzzy logic.
I am currently on parental leave, working on personal projects, and studying.
